New Moon actor Robert Pattinson has been voted the star we’d most like to kiss under the Christmas mistletoe.
New Moon hunk Robert Pattinson beat stars such as Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and his fellow Twilight stars Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Kellan Lutz to top the survey by Park Christmas Savings to see who we’d most like to kiss under the mistletoe.

Robert Pattinson was the most popular choice securing 54 per cent of the votes cast.

Next up was Johnny Depp with 17 per cent and Brad Pitt was third with 10 per cent.

Taylor Lautner came seventh on the poll, which also saw X Factor winner Joe McElderry come in at fourth place.

That might make up for missing out on the Christmas number one spot!

Other X factor stars to make the list were Olly Murs and John and Edward – not forgetting judges Cheryl Cole and even Simon Cowell!

The weirdest choice on the poll went to those who wanted to kiss their dogs!

What was an absolutely pivotal scene for 2008’s Twilight has made its mark on the film community.

Moviefone has listed Twilight’s car crash scene (with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson) as one of the “Top 25 Movie Moments of the Decade.”

Of course, the translation of this scene from book to film was of utter importance to the validity of the film, so it had to be perfect.

While there were some slight variations made to the scene, for the most part it was pretty dead-on.

Other scenes making the list included Uma Thurman’s “Crazy 88″ fight scene in Kill Bill: Vol. 1, Jim Carrey’s memory loss warp scene in Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, the bamboo forest scene in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Abigail Breslin’s “Superfreak” dance in Little Miss Sunshine, the . . . medicinally enhanced scene in Harold And Kumar Go To White Castle, the first scene with Daniel Radcliffe in Harry Potter And The Sorcerer’s Stone, the . . . erm . . . wrestling match in Borat, Smeagol falling into the lava in The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King, the first (and rainy) spidey kiss in Spider-Man, Javier Bardem’s do-you-feel-lucky-punk-style “heads or tails” show-down in No Country For Old Men, and all of Heath Ledger’s work in The Dark Knight. So, in other words, Twilight is in great company here, and this is a huge honor.

At 19 years old, Kristen Stewart already has an amazing 23 films under her belt. Yet, she entered 2009 with a lot of questions: Was “Twilight” a fluke? How would the notoriously press-shy starlet handle A-list fame? And would “New Moon” “kill” her, as she promised?

2009 Highlights: It all began in the snowy mountains of Park City, Utah, where a bundled-up KStew arrived at the Sundance Film Festival to discover that paparazzi were everywhere — quite a difference from early 2008, when she walked down the streets unbothered. The “Twilight” star was there to unveil “Adventureland,” a sweet coming-of-age drama that was well-received by critics and became a minor hit nationwide in April. Of course, 2010 will start out similarly for Kristen, as she’ll be at Sundance next month with two films.

Kristen Stewart rolled with vampires and werewolves in New Moon, but she’s belting out “Cherry Bomb” in the trailer for the upcoming Joan Jett biopic, The Runaways.

Alongside New Moon costar Dakota Fanning as lead singer Cherie Currie, Stewart plays the famed guitarist in the film, which depicts the 1970s all-girl band’s meteoric rise and fall.

“She’s an actress of weight, honesty, integrity and depth, and she’s very serious,” Jett told MTV at the premiere of New Moon in November. “She takes it as art.”

This isn’t the only post-Twilight role for Stewart: she’s also rocking a southern accent for the indie drama, The Yellow Handkerchief.

Undercover lovers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted out together in Venice Beach yesterday, escaping the shutterbugs and enjoying a private date night. Take that, all you Robsten haters!

While everyone seems so hell-bent on having Rob hook up with the likes of Katy Perry (just because they’re photographed at an event, please), a source spills to us that Robsten was dining at Gjelina restaurant on Abbot Kinney before scoping out the fab A. Kinney Court opening next door.

Says our insider who attended the party:

“Robert and Kristen were eating next door and peaked in the window after their dinner as the party was wrapping up.”

We all know that Robsten likes to keep a low profile, so showing up to an event opening together where Owen Wilson, Zach Galifianakis and Olivia Wilde also were in attendance totally isn’t their scene.

But the concept fashion boutique and eyewear store totally suits Kristen’s chiller style, so we know why they would take a pause to check it out. Atta girl, you tell your man to make some time for window shopping!

“Kristen was wearing an old white T-shirt with her hair in a ponytail,” our eyes tell us. “Rob was wearing jeans, a tee and a dark coat.

“It looked like they were on a nice stroll through the neighborhood. They seemed really just into hanging together.”

So did R & K opt for some PDA since not too many people were looking?

“They weren’t holding hands, but were really sweet with each other.”

We all know that R.Pattz’s night didn’t end there. He went out to celebrate his friend Shannon Woodward’s birthday at Dimples karaoke bar alongside Katy Perry.

Rob showed up around 11:15, plenty of time to drop K.Stew off where she needed to be. The A. Kinney opening ended around 10. Sweet that R.Pattz wanted to spare his truer emotions from the waiting paps he knew would be documenting his every move later on.

A spokesperson for Gjelina declined to comment about Robsten’s romantic meal saying, “We wouldn’t be able to tell you about that.”

A rep for Kristen also kept mum saying, “We don’t have a comment, but thank you.”

We’re just glad the couple got in some quality relaysh time! Love it, or love it?

A Dimples’ staffer tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that in 2008, Rob and Katy visited the karaoke dive together. “She brought him here before. Every time she comes he seems to follow.”

But Rob didn’t follow Katy onto the karaoke stage. She sang a Christmas song, but didn’t sound great, but it wasn’t her fault — the speakers were terrible in the bar, but she definitely looked sexy. For the last song of the night, Katy and her girlfriends took to the stage. The DJ played Pink’s So What and apparently Katy isn’t a fan! She started shouting, ‘Wrong song! No! We don’t like Pink.’ But the DJ didn’t care and eventually Katy gave up and she and her friends sang along.

Rob — who was knocking back whiskey and cola all night — appeared to be having a good time, maybe a too good of a time as he stumbled a little as they left the bar. It is a good thing he didn’t try to get up on-stage or he may have fallen off!

Eventually Rob — who was smoking like a chimney — and Katy made it to the parking lot with their friends in tow and hopped into Katy’s Audi coupe.
