Taking full advantage of a beautiful summer day in New York City, Robert Pattinson was spotted filming his new movie “Remember Me” in Central Park this morning (June 30).
The “Twilight” stud looked to be having a good time as he shot a few outdoor scenes, relaxing and chatting with crew and cast members in between takes.

Fresh from his close call with a crumbling building, Robert Pattinson resumed filming his upcoming romance Remember Me on Monday afternoon, popping up at the Metro North Railroad Harlem Line in Yonkers, New York, to shoot some scenes.
Nice to know he’s a supporter of public transportation. It’s also nice to see that he’s healed up nicely from the savage thrashing he received last week.
Between takes, the Twilight heartthrob invigorated himself by sipping from a cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.
Hmm; don’t Brits usually drink tea? He must have had yet another late night with multiple ladies on Sunday.

Logging the long hours over the weekend, Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning were back on the set of “The Runaways” in Los Angeles on Sunday (June 28).
On this particular day, both ladies were decked out in full costume, sporting stylish rocker ensembles as they enjoyed a break in the day’s filming duties.
In the movie, due out in theaters in 2010, Miss Stewart plays the lead character of Joan Jett while Miss Fanning takes on the role of Cherie Currie.
Described as “a coming-of-age biopic about ‘70s teenage band The Runaways” – the movie focuses on “the band’s formation, and their meteoric rise to fame.”
With Kristen Stewart starring as Joan Jett in the upcoming biopic The Runaways, many have wondered if she has the singing chops to pull off the role.
Perhaps some clues might be provided in this clip from the 2007 biographical drama Into the Wild, in which she plays aspiring warbler Tracy Tatro. Though the mellow acoustic number that K-Stew performs is a long way off from “I Love Rock N Roll,” it does give some indication of Stewart’s vocal prowess.

Hard at work on their latest movie, Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin spent Friday afternoon (June 26) working on “Remember Me”.
Both looking ready for the weekend, the “Twilight” hunk and his cute co-star were seen separately going in and out of their trailers in between takes.
Meanwhile, Robert has a full slate of work looming ahead – as it won’t be all that long before he gets to work on the third part of the “Twilight” series called “Eclipse”.
In San Diego, before the new ‘Transformers’ movie, and during the previews, the trailer for ‘New Moon’ was shown. It was NOT a new trailer, it was the one that was shown on MTV’s Movie Awards. We don’t know if this is happening everywhere, but we wanted to give you a heads-up.
“I woke up today and did not expect the amount of messages I received about Kristen Stewart. I just want to say this, I feel bad for her and what she has to go though on a daily basis. There were dozens of paparazzi waiting to attack her all day and she couldnt even walk around without being covered. So in respect of that I dont want to get into every detail of her but I do want to say is it was pretty surreal to be in the same room, let alone 3 feet from her and that she really kicks ass as Joan Jett. She was very into her roll and she is a very very professional actress.
But yesterday was a blast. I listened to her sing “I love playing with fire” about 55 times. The girls in her band were very nice and very cool. Joan Jett was also there hanging out and giving rocking out tips all day. It was pretty amazing to see Kristen right next to Joan. She looked just like her.”

OK Magazine is reporting that there were real sirens on the set of ‘Remember Me’.
According to eyewitnesses, a sensor set up to monitor a crack in a wall between two precarious-looking old buildings — apparently intended to provide an early warning if the crack starts to widen — has been set off.
The alarm has brought five fire trucks and some 20 firefighters screeching onto the set to shore up the walls and get the situation under control.
But while R-Pattz and co. bravely soldier on amid the flashing lights of the emergency services, on-set sources admit the melee is a nightmare for the crew.
Actor Michael Welch tells MTV that he is concerned about Robert Pattinson after hearing about the Cab incident that happened last week.
But as the cast of “Twilight” are discovering these days, Pattinson’s fame is getting dangerous.
“I don’t see how this is sustainable — is this gonna keep going for the rest of his life?” Welch asked of recent video footage that has Pattinson fleeing sobbing fans trying to hug him. “I understand it, it’s Edward Cullen, I get it. But he’s still Rob Pattinson first — he’s still his own guy. Is it time to start getting concerned here?

Getting intimate for the cameras once more, Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin filmed a smooch scene for the movie “Remember Me” in Little Italy on Wednesday night (June 24).
After winning his leading lady a stuffed Panda at a local carnival, the two continued on into the night while shooting the romantic sequences.
As previously reported, the on-set hookup comes amidst rumors that Rattinson and de Ravin’s chemistry is dead on – leading to reports of tension between Rob and his “Twilight” co-star Kristen Stewart.
“They spent a lot of time telling jokes, laughing and whispering in each other’s ears. At one point Emilie took Robert’s Ray-Bans and was playfully wearing them before putting them back in his shirt pocket – it was very flirty. Rob was so sweet and attentive; if I didn’t know anything about him, I would think Emilie was his girlfriend!” a source tells of the new co-star’s connection.
As for Kristen, an insider alleges to OK! magazine, “She knows screen kisses are part of Rob’s job, but it doesn’t make things easier, seeing sexy photos of him and Emilie in full lip-lock. Kristen saw a photo of them kissing and flipped out. It’s made her nervous and more determined to visit him in New York… It’s clear Rob and Emilie have a lot of movie chemistry.”
